The 2020 Meursault 1er Cru Perrières unwinds in the glass with notes of citrus zest, pear, freshly baked bread, orange rind and smoky reduction. Medium to full-bodied, layered and immensely concentrated, it's chalky and tensile, with huge depth at the core and a long, mineral finish.
About the Producer
Vincent Dancer cultivates 6 hectares of land across Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Pommard and Beaune, family vines that he took up in 1996 after his oenology training. He got things going on his own at the family property, where he went on to build a winery in 1997. Since 2012, his vines have had organic certification. Vincent Dancer has shown himself to be talented and creative in his work, particularly succeeding in the maturation of his cuvées. His wines are remarkable, characterised by their purity and finesse.
