Tasting notes

Reviewed by: Joe Czerwinski
Made in a way akin to Amarone, from partially dried grapes, the 2018 Serpico Cabernet Sauvignon features lifted, almost floral, notes of black tea leaves atop fresh blueberries and cassis. It tastes fresh, not dried, and comes across surprisingly light in body and elegant, with fresh cherry flavors on a softly dusty finish.
