Energetic, Balances, Captivating... A Barbaresco with an exceptional balance between mature tannin and acidity, holding a strong character and solid structure. Delicate aromas of plum and ripe fruit make Starderi extremely enjoyable in youth, whilst expressing its maximum potential after a few years of bottle aging.

The 2022 Barbaresco Vigneto Starderi is superb. Medium in body and translucent, with striking depth, the 2022 is seriously impressive. Bright red-toned fruit, rose petal, blood orange, mint and pomegranate soar out of the glass. The Starderi charms with its vertical build and total sense of finesse. It's a brilliant wine by any measure.
About the Producer
One of Peidmont's iconic modern wineries, the history of La Spinetta goes back to 1977 when Giuseppe Rivetti who established the original winery at Castagnole Lanze. Since then it is the second generation, spearheaded by Giorgio Rivetti, that has put La Spinetta on the map with the development of vineyards and estates, talented winemaking and an endless desire to try new things.
