A blend of 54% Pinot Noir and 46% Chardonnay, with a dosage of three grams per liter, the 2013 Brut Vintage Cuvée Royale reveals aromas of lemon, citrus, pear, green apple and hints of flowers. It’s light to medium-bodied, tangy and incisive in the mid-palate with a short, fruity finish.
