About the Producer

Always bound by his village and vines, Jehan Carillon was already a winemaker in 1520. Sylvia and Jacques are produced from 5 hectares/12.5 acres of land, exclusively planted in the best climate of Puligny-Montrachet. All wines come from our own vineyards. Puligny-Montrachet is a historic village, a symbol of Burgundy viticulture. It is part of the extraordinary Côte de Beaune, Chardonnay Paradise.
