Müller's 2019 Wiltinger Braune Kupp Riesling Kabinett opens with a bright, ripe and finely slatey bouquet. Round and lush on the palate, this is a medium-bodied, mouth-filling, charming and balanced Kupp Kabinett with ripe, elegant, crystalline and salty acidity and fine grip on the aromatic, well-structured finish. The 2019 already drinks dangerously well as an aperitif, but it is made to be cellared and then served with food in about 15-20 years. 9.5% alcohol. Tasted from AP 2-20 in June 2020.
About the Producer
Egon Müller is one of the very few wineries in the world that is still run by the original family. The winery is located in the Scharzhof-Wiltingens Village in Mosel-Saar-Ruwer which is a famous wine region in Germany, this region is famous for producing high quality Riesling.
