Tasting notes

Reviewed by: Neal Martin
The 2022 Meursault Boucheres 1er Cru, which was taken from tank, is a little reticent on the nose at the moment. Eventually, scents of Anjou pear and red apples begin emerging with a touch of powdered chalk. The palate is well-balanced and elegant, with lemon curd and hints of pineapple on the entry. A generous Meursault with modest depth, it reveals subtle peppery notes towards the finish. Lovely.
