De Saint-Gall is the brand name of the Cooperative Union Champagne, established in 1966 and comprising 2,200 growers, making it a prominent "super co-op." The cooperative sources Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims.
