De Saint-Gall is the brand name of the Cooperative Union Champagne, established in 1966 and comprising 2,200 growers, making it a prominent "super co-op." The cooperative sources Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims. With a total of 640 hectares of Premier Cru and 600 hectares of Grands Crus, De Saint-Gall is the largest vineyard owner in the Côte des Blancs. It plays a crucial role in the high-end Champagne market, serving as a primary supplier of 1er and Grand Cru wines to prestigious houses such as Taittinger for Comtes de Champagne, Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle, and Dom Pérignon.
