The 2007 Cockburn Vintage Port offers aromas of fruitcake, licorice, mineral, and black cherry. It is a bit more forward and elegant than its sibling with layers of flavor, outstanding focus, and impeccable balance. Cockburn’s is a renowned port wine producer established in 1815 by Scotsman Robert Cockburn. Located in Portugal’s Douro Valley, it is known for its high-quality ports, including Fine Ruby, Fine Tawny, and Special Reserve. The brand is part of the Symington Family Estates and has a rich history of innovation and tradition. Visitors can tour its extensive cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia, where they can see coopers at work and taste a variety of ports.
