Ripe, moderately intense, tasty aromas of damp earth, tar, and black fruits are followed by a full-bodied wine with excellent richness, and a firmly delineated personality with good tannin, moderate sweetness, and a long finish. Cockburn’s is a renowned port wine producer established in 1815 by Scotsman Robert Cockburn. Located in Portugal’s Douro Valley, it is known for its high-quality ports, including Fine Ruby, Fine Tawny, and Special Reserve. The brand is part of the Symington Family Estates and has a rich history of innovation and tradition.
