The 2020 Côtes de Nuits-Villages Aux Montagnes is deep and concentrated, wafting from the glass with notions of dark berries, wild plums, orange rind and exotic spices. Medium to full-bodied, pure and vibrant, it's layered and multidimensional, concluding with a mineral finish.
About the Producer
This project was born from a vineyard of Aligoté belonging to the family estate. Following intense sensations experienced while tasting white wines produced from an unconventional viticulture approach in Burgundy, the desire to transform the way this plot was cultivated emerged in order to create a unique wine with a singular style. We are talking here about wines that carry uncommon aromas, textures, and flavors that naturally capture the attention of those who consume them.
