Description
Tasting notes

Reviewed by: William Kelley
From a limestone-rich, higher-altitude parcel in Comblanchien that Lachaux discovered while cycling, the 2019 Côtes de Nuits-Villages Aux Montagnes delivers notes of raspberries, rose petals and warm spices. Medium to full-bodied, layered and chalky, it's lively and mineral, with a bright, fine-boned profile.
About the Producer
This project was born from a vineyard of Aligoté belonging to the family estate. Following intense sensations experienced while tasting white wines produced from an unconventional viticulture approach in Burgundy, the desire to transform the way this plot was cultivated emerged in order to create a unique wine with a singular style. We are talking here about wines that carry uncommon aromas, textures, and flavors that naturally capture the attention of those who consume them. The juice then becomes a catalyst for sensations and emotions! Note: The translation may have been duplicated in the response. Please disregard the repetition.
