Almost at the center of the 1er Cru band. This has impressive complexity, spicy depth and a wealth darker cherries on offer. The palate has fruit-laden tannins that show impressive dark-cherry and plum aromas. Superb generosity, plushness and mineral accents at the finish. Better integration if you wait until 2020.
