The 2020 Meursault 1er Cru Charmes is superb, unwinding in the glass with scents of freshly baked bread, crisp yellow orchard fruit, orange zest and buttery pastry. Medium to full-bodied, deep and multidimensional, it's satiny and enveloping, with terrific concentration, lively acids and a long, expansive finish.

The 2020 Meursault Charmes 1er Cru has a complex bouquet, traces of honeysuckle, orchard fruit, hints of meadow gently unfurling on the nose. The palate is beautifully balanced with real intensity and drive. Saline in the mouth, this fans out with confidence on the finish, a Meursault-Charmes that is in for the long-haul.
