Tasting notes

Vincent Dancer's 2015 Bourgogne Blanc is quite a gourmand, textural wine, offering up aromas of honeyed pears, preserved citrus and nutmeg, followed by a textural, medium to full-bodied wine with beautifully succulent acids and precisely delineated flavors despite its larger-scaled profile this year.

My bottles of Dancer's 2015 Bourgogne Blanc were bottled under Diam 10, and they're evolving very gracefully, shedding a touch of reduction in the glass to offer up aromas of stone fruits, bread dough and warm spices. Medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny, it has retained compelling balance and avoids any blowsiness in this sunny vintage.
