About the Producer
Siret Champagne is a renowned family grower, boasting prestigious Grand Cru vineyards. For years, they supplied their exceptional grapes to esteemed names like Krug and Salon. However, they have now taken a bold step forward by producing a limited quantity of their own remarkable cuvées under their own label. These cuvées have yet to be reviewed by international critics and have never been available for export. Upon tasting the wines from Champagne Siret, the Cru team was astounded by their exceptional quality and undeniable value. Discovering such hidden gems in the world of champagne is a rare delight. The story of Champagne Siret is one of a family renaissance, born from the union of two exceptional terroirs: Côte des Blancs and Côte des Bar. Over time, the estate expanded to include 25 plots, totaling 3.5 hectares of meticulously cultivated vines, carefully selected to ensure excellence. For many years, the domaine cultivated top-notch Grand Cru grapes, supplied to renowned houses like Krug and Salon. In recent years, the brother-sister management team infused the estate with fresh innovation, crafting small batches of cuvées under their own label. Every step of the winemaking process at Champagne Siret is carried out with artisanal precision. It begins with meticulous work in the vineyards, where biodiversity and the natural rhythms of nature are respected. After the harvest, the grapes undergo fermentation using natural yeasts, and the resulting wines are carefully bottled and numbered. They then age in the cellar for a minimum of 48 months. The exceptional quality of these under-the-radar, low-dosage Champagnes is a testament to the family's thoughtful and harmonious approach to winemaking.
