The 2023 Petit Chablis has a bright and perky nose: grass clippings, Granny Smiths and light stony scents. The palate is taut and fresh, with quite a weighty entry. There's a tropical slant to this Petit Chablis with ample length on the finish. Fine. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis.
