About the Producer
Champagne Savart started to produce Champagne in the 1970s by Daniel Savart and now passed the ruin to Frédéric Savart who is the son of Daniel. Frédéric Savart made many changes in the house and worked actively in the vineyards to express the purest nature of the Champagne. They own about 6 hectares of vineyards in Montagne de Reims and Villers-aux-Noeuds, all of these vineyards are classified as Premier Cru which 4 hectares are Pinot Noir and 2 hectares are Chardonnay. A collaboration between Frédéric Savart and Dremont Pere & Fils, the Éphémère cuvée is a limited release in which Frédéric Savart selected a few outstanding plots of the vineyard to create a special cuvee.
