About the Producer

For four generations, the Rollin family has cultivated vines across 8 hectares of their own land and an additional 6 hectares in metayage, spanning five communes: Pernand-Vergelesses, Savigny-les-Beaune, Échevronne, Aloxe-Corton, and Chorey-les-Beaune. This diverse vineyard network produces around 60,000 bottles annually across fourteen appellations. Today, the winery is expertly managed by Simon and Caroline, who aim to blend traditional winemaking techniques with modern technology, all while respecting the grapes and the resulting wines. The 14 hectares of vines receive meticulous care, balancing healthy viticulture with sustainable practices, allowing each vineyard plot to express its unique characteristics based on the environmental context and vintage. In the cellar, vinification is conducted with a low-intervention approach, with minimal sulfur added. This results in authentic, fragrant, and gourmet wines that possess a remarkable capacity for aging.
