What a beautifully elegant Chassagne Montrachet 1er cru. Great nose of lime and tarragon with great leesy complexity, including a touch of toasted baguette. Excellent concentration and very good ripeness, but not a gram of fat on the muscle. Excellent length. From 65-year-old vines. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
