Limpid yellow. Pungent aromas of orange zest, fresh fig and jasmine; a dusty mineral topnote adds lift and clarity. Weighty but surprisingly lithe on the palate, offering juicy and incisive citrus and pit fruit flavors and a hint of fennel. Silky and sharply defined on the mineral-tinged finish, which offers lingering anise and candied citrus fruit notes.
