The 2020 Chablis Terroir de Chichée is another high point in the range, exhibiting notes of pear, orange oil, fresh bread, white flowers and beeswax. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and precise, it's lively and saline, with a penetrating finish and a seamless, beautifully balanced profile.

Opening in the glass with notes of orange oil, white flowers and pastry cream, the 2019 Chablis Terroir de Chichée is medium to full-bodied, satiny and fine-boned, with a pretty core of fruit, racy acids and a saline finish. It's produced from the plateau near premier cru Vaucoupin.

The 2022 Chablis Terroir de Chichée is also a success, mingling aromas of pear and green apple with dried flowers and iodine in an inviting bouquet that's followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and vibrant palate, concluding with a chalky finish.

The 2017 Chablis Terroir de Chichée is one of the highlights of Piuze's AOC bottlings, offering up classy aromas of citrus zest, white flowers and pastry cream. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, pure and elegantly glossy, with wonderful focus and structural tension, built around tangy acids.
