Offering up aromas of stone fruit, green apple and pastry cream, the NV Brut Réserve Exclusive is medium to full-bodied, bright and pillowy, with a fleshy core of fruit and tangy acids that are buffered by the wine's dosage. Clean and competently made, it's a creditable effort.
Aromas of bracingly fresh white fruits, dried almonds and apricots, and a slight hint of spice. Upfront, permeating flavours of redcurrant and citrus fruits. A second wave of Pinot Noir freshness and streak of minerality, underpinned by a distinctive chalk signature and acutely delicate smoky edge.
