Diaphanous orange-pink. Bright and sharply focused on the nose, displaying red berry, nectarine and orange zest aromas, plus floral and mineral overtones. Fresh strawberry and blood orange flavors show very good depth and are braced by a sharpening jolt of juicy acidity. The floral note repeats on the lively finish, which lingers with very good tenacity. - Josh Raynolds

Another négociant bottling, Minuty's 2020 Cotes de Provence Rose Prestige is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Tibouren. Also pale copper-salmon in color, it offers up scents of crushed stone, sea spray, underripe peaches and melons, plus hints of garrigue. Light to medium-bodied, it's lean and streamlined on the palate, finishing tart and crisp. While the M de Minty is more obviously rosé, this comes across as almost white wine-like in style.

Derived from a selection of terroirs from Provence (i.e., purchased grapes) and several parcels from the estate, the 2022 Cotes de Provence Rose Prestige possesses a fruity, fresh bouquet with aromas of peach, watermelon, lemon and grapefruit. Juicy and moderately weighted, it’s also tense and gourmand with a crisp finish.
