Tasting Notes: It offers layered aromas of rosemary oil, apple, citrus zest, iodine, oyster shell, and acacia blossom, with subtle hints of exotic notes and mineral reduction. The palate isrich, and generously textured, combining power with refinement and a "Zen-like" harmony. Flavors include pear liqueur, lemon rind, green apple, soft spices, and a discreet oak influence. The wine shows excellent punch, mid-palate density, and a long, impeccably balanced, and harmonious finish. It has a youthfully austere, taut, and muscular structure with terrific minerality and a strikingly pure profile. This is the densest wine in the Maison FANG range for 2022, with outstanding aging potential of 12 to 15 years or more. The finish is described as bone-dry, lemon-tinged, and exquisitely balanced. It benefits from some bottle aging to develop better depth and complexity.
