On the left bank of the Chishui River, where the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau meets the Sichuan Basin, the brewing environment is exceptionally favorable. Hongfalu liquor uses high-quality water from the Chishui River Valley as its raw material, selects high-quality glutinous red sorghum and soft wheat from southern Sichuan as the ingredients, inherits the ancient brewing method of "four highs and two longs, one two nine eight seven" for strong-flavored liquor, and is brewed and stored through the unique "living, growing, nurturing, and storing" process rules. It is carefully blended to form a unique style characterized by "slightly yellow and transparent, prominent sauce aroma, comfortable aged aroma, thick liquor body, long aftertaste, and long-lasting aroma remaining in the cup after emptying".
