Critic ratings

vinous 2019

Rating: 89 –91

The 2019 Meursault Village is clean and fresher than the 2018 on the nose. The palate is underpinned by fine acidity and lightly spiced, with a persistent finish. Very promising.

vinous 2020

Rating: 90 –92

A blend of four parcels and matured in 30% new oak, the 2020 Meursault Village has a fresh and well-defined bouquet with orange zest, honeysuckle and light white flower aromas. This is much more precise than the ‘19 tasted last year. The palate is taut and crisp on the entry, a twist of sour lemon lending tension and counterbalancing the richness on the finish. Très bon/très délicieux.

vinous 2021

Rating: 90 –92

From four parcels that are normally vinified separately but were done together this year, the 2021 Meursault Village has a clean and pure bouquet with yellow fruit, toasted walnut and faint, dried flower scents. The palate is well balanced with fine extract on the entry and a keen line of acidity. It's fresh and vibrant with a saline, almost Puligny-like finish. Classy Meursault.
