Aromas of crisp Anjou pear, citrus oil, toasted nuts and dried white flowers introduce the 2018 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Jardin du Calvaire, a medium to full-bodied, lively and perfumed wine derived from a parcel near La Rochepot. Around a third of the holdings were newly planted, with the balance grafted over to Chardonnay.

Aromas of crisp yellow orchard fruit, struck match and toasted nuts introduce the 2021 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Jardin du Calvaire, a medium to full-bodied, ample and lively wine that misses just a touch of mid-palate amplitude when compared with other recent vintages.

The 2017 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Jardin du Calvaire offers up a reserved bouquet of crisp, minty green orchard fruit, toasted nuts and dried white flowers. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, tense and racy, with less flesh and concentration than Sauzet's higher appellations in this vintage.
