The 2021 Chablis Village has a clean and crisp cooking apple and pear scented nose that has a spring in its step. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, quite "fat" on the mid-palate, and as such, it detracts from the tension on the finish. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis.
