The 2023 Meltwater Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is grassy, savory and powerful, with lashings of grapefruit peel, lemon pith, pear drops and lemon barley. In the mouth, the wine has piercing acidity and soft phenolics, wrapped in plump tropical fruit. This is uncomplicated drinking here. 13% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
