Due to spring frost and hail in July, the 2016 Riesling was harvested with no more than 25 hectoliters per hectare. Sourced from the Sommerberg and from above the Brand and the Pfoeller, this is a concentrated and lush dry Riesling with a firm, tight structure and good length. Tasted October 2018.

From the highest part of the Sommerberg and the lower limestone Dudenstein part with very old vines, the 2015 Riesling is clear, deep, cool and fresh on the pure and very delicate nose where floral and herbal lemon flavors and crushed stone aromas are displayed. On the palate, this is a very elegant, pure, fresh, finessed and round Riesling with stimulating piquancy, salinity and lush fruit. Fine tannins give remarkable structure here—very long, fresh and grippy. A classic.

Produced from a blend of the estate's youngest grand cru parcels, the liquid mineral-scented 2000 Riesling is a lace-like, finely etched wine. From younger vines of the grand cru and some older vines, the 2022 Riesling opens with an intense, aromatic and even floral bouquet with granitic spices. The wine is round and quite rich on the palate yet without the depth and structure of the Sylvaner and Pinot Blanc Réserve. It is an enjoyable dry Riesling with intensity, fleshy fruit and a fine mineral finish. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in April 2024.
