A blend of 45% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Sauvignon Musque and 20% Semillon, the 2020 Sauvignon Blanc needs a little coaxing to reveal fragrant notes of white peaches, lime leaves, pea pods and green apples with hints of wet pebbles and elderflower. The medium-bodied palate reveals a satiny texture with a lively backbone and long, savory finish. 580 cases were made.

The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of 68% Sauvignon Blanc, 17% Semillon and 15% Sauvignon Musque clone. It wafts effortlessly out of the glass with lime cordial, grapefruit and fresh green apples scents plus hints of mandarin peel, wild thyme and dill seed. Medium-bodied, elegant, very minerally and refreshing, it finishes on a lingering chalky note. Delicious now, it is a style constructed for medium-term aging and should give pleasure over the next 8+ years. 930 cases were made.

The 2018 Sauvignon Blanc strides boldly out of the glass with notes of green apples, white peaches and fresh grapefruit plus hints of wild thyme, lemongrass, honeysuckle and musk perfume. Accendo's 2022 Sauvignon Blanc combines fruit from the Araujo's home property in Oakville (Rancho Pequeño) with the Ehrlich Vineyard (also in Oakville) and the Juliana Vineyard in Pope Valley. It's 71% Sauvignon Blanc, 19% Sémillon and 10% Sauvignon Musqué, fermented and aged in a combination of new and used French oak barrels, plus some stainless steel drums. Citrus notes are joined by hints of fig and melon on the nose, while the medium to full-bodied palate is creamy in feel, finishing with gentle silky nuances, bright, fresh and long.
