About the Producer

The average age of the vineyards at Perno Belicard is 70 years old. Currently, the vineyard is planted with grape varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Pernau Belicard is dedicated to producing wines that reflect the terroir of the Côte d'Or, all wines produced by the winery are handcrafted. When making wine, the winery usually puts the fermented grape juice into 20%-35% new oak barrels to mature, without clarification and filtration before bottling. Domaine Pernot Belicard released a number of popular wines, including Domaine Pernot Belicard Champ Canet, Pernot Belicard Champ Canet Domaine Pernot Belicard Pertuisots and Domaine Pernot Belicard Vieilles Vignes.
