Domaine Parisse, located in the charming village of Fuissé in Saône-et-Loire, is a family-owned winery managed by siblings Christophe and Sandrine Thibert-Needham. With a rich heritage spanning seven generations, the domaine encompasses 22 hectares, primarily in the prestigious Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. The Thiberts began bottling their wines in 1990, transitioning from selling grapes to the local cooperative. Committed to sustainable practices, they have adopted organic viticulture methods, focusing on soil health and minimal synthetic interventions.
