About the Producer

The estate's ties to viticulture go back to 1753. Today Nicolas returned in 2003 after completing his engineering and oenology studies. He has thus continued a tradition of almost three hundred years and maintained the estate's philosophy of exploiting the full potential of the Champagne terroir in our wines. Since 2009, the winery has become more respectful of the environment by building 130 square meters of photovoltaic panels, and the winery's carbon footprint has been significantly reduced. The ancestors have long settled in the area and are fully familiar with the vineyards, thus able to preserve and select the best terroir. In addition, the vines are well-rooted, and most of them are planted on the mountainside, which is an ideal location for producing high-quality wines. In keeping with the typicality of the region, the vineyard contains a high proportion of Pinot Noir vines (75%) and Chardonnay, with the power and substance offered by the Pinot Noir complemented by the delicacy of the Chardonnay.
