Michel Colin-Deléger, the nephew of the esteemed Georges Deléger, inherited a portion of the Chevenottes vineyard, melding it with the family domaine’s holdings. His winemaking legacy culminated in the 2015 vintage before his retirement, during which he meticulously crafted some of Côte de Beaune's most revered climats. Passing the vineyard reins to his sons Philippe and Bruno in 2003, Michel continued tending three cherished parcels until his complete retirement twelve years later. These parcels produced limited barrels annually, featuring renowned wines like Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru En Remilly, Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Demoiselles, and Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru. His wines, a testament to a master vigneron, reflect the essence of Chardonnay's finest terroirs.
