With 100% natural colour, this single malt whisky has unique flavours of pear and white peach, and a smooth mouth feel with a finish of toasted oak.This release is an ode to the Curiously Small Stills that play an integral role in how we craft our precious spirit. With a natural colour of spun gold, M Copper is a vibrant and elegant expression which brings the flavours created in the stills to the fore Continuing to use smaller spirit stills ensures that we maximise the contact of our new make spirit with the copper still, resulting in a single malt with a buttery, viscous mouth coating, bursting with fruitiness with a hint of sweet malty flavour. This single malt’s copper coloured Lalique crystal decanter represents the stills and reflects the authenticity which drives the brand through its dedication to innovative methods.

About the Producer

The Macallan was among the first distillers in Scotland to receive a legal license, establishing itself as one of the world’s premier single malt whiskies. Its creation is influenced by the natural raw materials from Spain, North America, and Scotland, all harmoniously blended with traditional methods and craftsmanship. Founded by Alexander Reid, a barley farmer and school teacher, The Macallan distillery is rooted in history. The original name of the area, “Maghellan,” derives from the Gaelic word “magh,” meaning fertile ground, and “Ellan,” referring to the monk St. Fillan, who had a close connection to the church that stood on The Macallan Estate until 1400. For centuries, local farmers had been producing whisky from their surplus barley during the quieter winter months.
