The 2014 Brut Cuvée Joséphine, the latest (12th) rendition of this iconic cuvée, displays aromas of white orchard fruits, spring flowers, nuts, pastry, freshly baked bread and crushed stones. With a dosage of five grams per liter, this medium to full-bodied cuvée presents a perfectly balanced palate that underscores the fruity, straightforward nature of the 2014 vintage. It should age well for about five years. This blend is composed of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, all sourced from Ambonnay, Sacy, Cumières, Bergères-les-Vertus and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
About the Producer
From 1950 to 1980, Roger's son Georges Pithos took over the Joseph Perrier family. Joseph Perrier's emotions remain unchanged: capturing fulfillment, strong truth, and simple moments of perfection. That is the desire to share it with those who recognize it. In 1888, Paul Pithos, the rightful heir of the Joseph Perrier family, took power and continued to pursue excellence. Joseph Perrier was founded in 1825 and is located in the Champagne region of Sharon. It was established by Joseph Perrier and is located at a former coach hotel. Joseph Peril quickly achieved success, especially abroad.
