Aromas of citrus oil, mandarin, green apples, white flowers and hazelnuts introduce Colin's 2018 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru, a full-bodied, racy and tensile wine with a textural attack that segues into an incisive, structured mid-palate, concluding with a long and mineral finish. It's a step up over the Bâtard this year once again.

Joseph Colin not only has the aura of the Baijiu family of Burgundy, but also has an amazing family background. His father is the famous Marc Colin, who was born in Saint Aubin and includes all famous Baijiu villages. The stable high quality is just the demonstration of the deep experience in brewing technology and vineyard management. In addition, Joseph's eldest brother, Pierre Yves Colin, a new generation of Baijiu master in Burgundy, has set up his own winery Pierre Yves Colin Morey with his wife since 2005 Prior to 2017, Joseph had always been the soul figure of Domaine Marc Colin, especially after his eldest brother left in 2005 and his father retired.
