About the Producer
Jean-Paul Paquet’s family has been involved in the Mâconnais region of Burgundy since his grandfather settled there in 1955. In 1971, Jean-Paul’s father purchased a small seven-acre domaine in the heart of Pouilly-Fuissé. Jean-Paul and his wife took over the estate in 1978 and have since acquired several additional plots. In 2003, when their son Yannick joined the family business, they expanded the domaine once again by purchasing a vineyard outside the Château de Chaintré, from which they produce Mâcon-Chaintré and Bourgogne Chardonnay. Yannick has since taken full control of the estate and now manages it alongside his wife, Ophélie.
