Tasting notes

Reviewed by: Neal Martin
The 2020 Chardonnay has a straightforward apple orchard, orange pith and lime bouquet, almond scents emerging with time. The palate is well balanced with a bit of vanilla-y oak on the entry, and displays good acidity and a pleasing creamy texture on the finish.

The 2020 Le Chardonnay opens with a quiet intensity of fresh Golden Delicious apples and ripe pears scents, followed by hints of baking bread, allspice and mandarin peel. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers mouth-filling spiced apple flavors with a satiny texture and a racy backbone, finishing long and savory. Love it!
