The 2018 Extra Brut Premier Cru Le Mont Benoit unwinds in the glass with scents of orange oil, nectarine and peach mingled with hints of white flowers, buttery pastry and frangipane. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and precise, with a racy spine of acidity and a fine-boned, elegant profile, it concludes with a bright, chalky finish.

Chateau Frederic Savart is a well-known chateau in the Champagne region of France, located in the village of Villers-aux-Noeuds in the Champagne region of France. This small but sophisticated winery was founded in 2005 by Frederic Savart, a passionate and talented champagne winemaker. Savart Winery has a strong focus on natural and sustainable winemaking methods, growing grapes organically and biodynamically with minimal disturbance to the atmosphere and soil. Their vineyards are located in a classic area of viticulture, growing the main grape varieties including Chateaunet, Pincio and Pinot Meniere. The winemaking process at Savart is also innovative and unique. They use a low temperature fermentation method to preserve the freshness and fruit aroma of the grapes, while using wooden barrels for aging to add richness and complexity. The champagne of Frederic Savart is highly acclaimed and is considered to be a representative of refinement and personality.
