About the Producer
Feudi di San Gregorio is situated in the historic wine-producing region of Campania, Italy, renowned for its exceptional Taurasi red wine and Fiano di Avellino white wine. Under the guidance of star winemaker Riccardo Cotarella, the winery has collaborated with acclaimed French Champagne producer Anselme Selosse to create the DUBL collection, which features high-end méthode champenoise (Spumante) wines. This collection includes the Spumante DUBL Greco di Tufo, made from the premium Greco grape, known for its floral, honey, and nutty flavors, along with a rich texture. The Falanghina grape adds floral and fruity notes, while Aglianico, the only pink bubbly in the vineyard, offers a seductive profile of wild berries and vanilla. The winery employs advanced technology and meticulous vineyard monitoring to ensure each vintage achieves optimal quality.
