About the Producer
Domaine Dupont-Tisserandot, a family-owned boutique winery in the Côte de Nuits region of Burgundy, has been passed down through four generations. Founded by Bernard Dupont and Gisele Tisserandot in 1954, the winery gained acclaim under the stewardship of their son-in-law, Didier Chevillon, known for rich wines that showcase the essence of Gevrey-Chambertin. Covering over 20 hectares, the vineyards feature old vines primarily in Charmes-Chambertin and Mazis-Chambertin, managed using traditional techniques. The winery employs manual grape picking and native yeast fermentation, producing red, white, and rosé sparkling wines. Notably, the 2010 Corton Grand Cru Clos Rognet received a 93-point rating from critic Allen Meadows.
