Tasting notes

Reviewed by: Neal Martin
The 2023 Petit Chablis has a capable nose with light orange pith and lemon rind aromas. This is more complex than some of its peers. The palate is vibrant and fresh on the entry. It's crisp, acidic and a little taut, with a lightly spiced finish. Enjoy this over the next four to five years. Tasted blind at the BIVB offices in Chablis.

Fresh apricots and sliced apples on the nose, followed by a medium-bodied and youthful palate. Straightforward stone-fruit character. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.
