The 2021 Clos Floridène Blanc has a commendable bouquet of white-flower-tinged citrus fruit, gaining vigor in the glass with each swirl. The palate is well-balanced with a tangy entry—mango and persimmon, becoming peachier toward the well-defined finish. This is a delicious white Pessac that will be difficult to resist in its youth.
