Description
Champagne Clandestin was founded by two experienced champagne growers. One is the independent champagne grower "Bertrand Gaucherot", who learned from "Jacques Selosse" and owns the current "Vouette & Sorbee". The other is a dynamic young person from Burgundy, "Benoit Doussot", who was full of enthusiasm and founded "Clandestin". Both focus on the two cultivation methods of "organic" and "biodynamic", have extremely high requirements for grape quality, with trees being at least 20 years old, and strictly select the most mature and perfect grapes. Also, due to this reason, the wine does not need additional sugar, is carefully pressed, only uses natural yeast, and focuses on taking corresponding measures for each barrel of grapes. Each plot will be classified and targeted for production, pursuing higher accuracy. And "Clandestin" means "hidden and mysterious", it is definitely worth exploring the mysterious veil of this winery.
