Tasting Note: With a brilliant lemon color, Célèbre 2021 reveals citrus aromas: slightly orange blossom, clementine, subtle peach aromas at the end of the nose. Hints of fennel notes inspire the spirit. On the palate, the attack is fine, silky, very well-balanced, with lively, persistent acidity; the alcohol is also pleasantly integrated. On the second nose, after aeration, a few toasty notes emerge in the finish. This very pleasant, perfectly balanced wine, typical of Chardonnay, having been aged in barrels, will delight those who love elegant, charming wines.
About the Producer
Célèbre wine is a blend of fine grapes from several villages. We set out to highlighting the mystery of blending diversified Himalayan terroirs. The villages are located in different valleys and at different altitudes. As surrounded by snow mountains nearby, the vineyards benefit from a cool climate with gentle breeze. Célèbre is a great wine whose philosophy is to allow itself to manifest the special characters of the magnificent mountain range in its entirety.
