About the Producer
Domaine Guyot, located on the historic farm of the Abbaye Saint-Martin in western Beaune, is managed by Baptiste Guyot, who took over the family estate in 2010. The vineyard spans 9 hectares and primarily cultivates Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Aligoté grapes. Baptiste employs sustainable viticulture practices, favoring ploughing between the rows and organic treatments to promote healthy vine growth. His dedication to integrated vinegrowing methods has contributed to the estate's HVE certification since 2020. Initially producing 7,000 bottles, Domaine Guyot has significantly scaled up its production to between 30,000 and 40,000 bottles annually. The estate's plots are situated in renowned wine regions, including Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses, Volnay, Pommard, and Monthelie. With a commitment to quality and sustainability, Baptiste Guyot continues to honor the legacy of his family while creating exceptional wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region.
